This is an elite group of men and women who are only inducted by a "call" from God. Before officially joining this fellowship, they must present two-three private sermons before the pastor, a small group,  and an initial public sermon. These men and women are expected to exhibit exemplary behavior and Christian service. To maintain active duty with the group, regular church attendance is mandatory. Each member of this group is also assigned spiritual "advisor ship" over a secondary ministry.
