Greetings ALC Fam!!!

O Give thanks unto the LORD for He is good and his mercy endures forever.  Let the redeemed of the LORD say so…  It is with great Jesus joy that I greet you in the strong and matchless name of Jesus our Christ!  I am sending this e-mail first hoping that you all are blessed and enjoying God's favor.  I want to encourage you in your daily LIFE to continue to press into God for strength, guidance and peace.
God gave me a couple scattered thoughts about TOMORROW that I want to share with you.  TOMORROW is not necessarily a reference to the next 24 hours, but rather the season that follows our “right now.”  HERE GOES:
Tomorrow is a day that you have never lived before, embrace it like you never have before AND you will experience joys that you have never known before.  The valleys and victories that tomorrow hold will be helpful to make you the person you will be the day after.  Don’t miss the opportunity to love and be vulnerable to be hurt, because only in this can God truly send others into your LIFE to love you as He wills.  Don’t waste tomorrow worrying about the days to come because God is already on that job and you may very well miss the blessings tomorrow holds by stressing days that are not yet.  Don’t let the sun set on your anger or un-forgiveness…  Don’t take tomorrow’s trash into the next blessed day.  Don’t forget to make time in your tomorrow for God.  He is the thing that makes tomorrow happen and matter.  Don’t minimize the blessing of seeing another day because there are so many who planned for tomorrow yet it never came for them.  Tell people you love them and the value they add to your LIFE because their tomorrow may never come and you would hate to spend your tomorrow regretting what you failed to do/say on your yesterday…  If none of this makes any sense to you today…  Be patient, TOMORROW it will!!! (LOL)

  1. The Reality of Debt.

Financial experts strongly urge adherence to two key principles on debt:

·         Purchase only what you need, if you are financing an item; and
·         Pay off the debt incurred as quickly as possible.

  1. Debt in This Country is Pervasive and Costly.

  1. Debt robs borrowers of a large part of the financial blessings God provides them

Debt enslaves.  It is not God’s will for his people.  It is absolutely God’s will for every believer to be freed from the burdens of debt.  He wants us to be free – from condemnation, sin, low self esteem, anger,  un-forgiveness – and yes – Debt!!

  1. First, pray fervently and consistently for God’s direction and intervention to give you the focus, discipline and contentment you need  to become debt free.
 I John 5:14-15, I Chronicles 29:11-12, I Timothy 6:6

  1. An understanding and recognition of our heritage as followers of Jesus Christ can provide us with the faith we need to develop and faithfully carry out a debt reduction and elimination plan, even if it doesn’t seems possible.
Matthew 28:16-18, Romans 8:14-17, Galatians 4:4-7, I Chronicles 29: 11-12

  1. Position yourself in your living, and in how you spend your money, to receive God’s promised financial blessings.
